To give you a better idea of the various vinyl siding prices out there, here is a price list of how much it would cost to install vinyl siding on your house with soffit, fascia, and aluminum included in a typical job done by Acreco, Inc.
The example below is for a 2200 square foot house that has 10 windows.
Wrap windows - $1,142.62
Soffits - $4,422.19
Fascia - $872.41
Siding - $12,259.45
Total price with 8.25% tax is roughly $19,818.47. This bid included all materials, labor, taxes, etc.
Remember this is just an estimate and your final price will depend on the vinyl siding you pick as well as many other factors. You should also consider putting in better insulation boards (better than the 1/4 insulation boards if possible) or the insulated vinyl siding, which would save you money in the long run, but would cost you more money up front.
